JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Organize, manage, and oversee the operation of the Accounting Department.
2. Advise board of directors on financial solutions (cash flow, costs & revenue…)
- Prepare financial reports, tax reports, internal monthly reports, and other reports as required by the Director.
- Handle tax refund documentation, tax finalization, and inspections as legally required.
- Analyze reports to monitor changes in costs, accounts receivable, etc., and provide timely solutions to control costs according to the planned budget.
3. Update and improve processes.
- Develop accounting and financial procedures and forms.
- Regularly monitor and update policies, regulations, and standards related to accounting and finance.
- Advise the Board of Directors on improving the company’s financial management system.
4. Perform other tasks as required by the Director.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar position, with experience in manufacturing and import-export industries with revenues exceeding 300 billion VND.
- Strong comprehension of accounting, finance, and tax regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Leadership, analytical, problem-solving skills, and effective job management.
- Proficiency in office software and accounting programs.
- Honest, meticulous, and persistent with figures.
