We commit to practicing green initiatives and reducing our carbon footprint. We actively engage in local environmental programs on a global scale to raise awareness and inspire action among our employees, partners, and families.
Our Philosophy of Sustainability: Growing Together
As a growing business, WANA Beverage strongly believes that true sustainability can only be achieved through sustainable practices within each unit of our organization. This belief forms the foundation of our philosophy: GROWING TOGETHER and manifests in four key principles.
Achieving true sustainability is neither simple math nor an overnight miracle. It’s a carefully crafted plan with commitment and deliverables. At WANA, we dare to move forward, learn from our missteps, and take immediate action to adapt.
Our goal is to grow alongside our employees and their families, our business partners, our customers, our community, and ultimately, our planet Earth.
“Our products carry the company’s reputation and promise to our clients, partners, associates, and our own employees, so quality is non-negotiable. We produce our goods with the highest quality, rigorous standards, and unwavering ethical and environmental principles. It’s our products—nothing else—that make our customers come back again and again.”
Mike Nguyen – Founder | CEO
“Creating a safe space and balanced working environment is the baseline of our commitment to all employees. We are aiming to design a workplace where every employee feels respected, valued and empowered. Happy employees, happy business.”
Scarlet Huynh – Marketing Specialist
Safety | Value | Support | Empowerment |
For a workplace where every employee feels secure, physically and emotionally. | For a healthy mentality – every contribution is recognized, appreciated and celebrated. | Creating an environment where everyone feels included, supported, and free to develop and grow. | For a foundation where everyone can be inspired to take charge, lead and make change. |
Happy Workers, Growing Business
We firmly believe that happy, fulfilled employees make up the firm foundation of a successful business. We are considerate in hiring the right people for the right jobs and adamant in making our employees happy to go to work everyday.
Continuous Improvement
Our commitment doesn’t end here. We’re dedicated to ongoing evaluation, feedback, and improvement, ensuring that our workplace continues to evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of our employees.
WANA Beverage – Not a workplace, it’s home
“We promise to participate or hold at least one more charitable event, volunteer program, and community responsibility each year. We believe small steps taken progressively and consistently are most impactful in helping and driving societal changes.”Mia Huynh – Vice Director
Making Impact from the Birthplace
From a very humble background, Mike Nguyen, the founder of WANA Beverage, has incubated a dream of elevating living standards and creating opportunities for the people of his birthplace and hometown. This is why Tien Phuoc, Quang Nam – a small typical town in Vietnam Central was the ground for WANA’s CSR activities to take off.
Ancestral gratitude and a deep love for one’s roots are deeply ingrained in the Vietnamese spirit, especially among those from the Central Regions. These values have guided our commitment to give back to the community that has shaped us and reminded us that our growth and success should translate into meaningful contributions and societal values.
Our promise
“Act with integrity and compassion. We are dedicated to helping those in need and making a positive difference in our community.”
Wana Beverage is committed to supporting our community through targeted programs, partnerships, and sustainable community projects. By 2025, we aim to implement 50 community programs, positively impacting thousands of lives.
Building Impact, One Step at a Time
Our Four Compasses for Community Growth in Vietnam
Children is the Future | Warm Hearts and Spread Love | Humanitarian Aid | Community Growth |
Investing in education, health care and opportunities for youth. | Fostering compassion and support within our communities. | Providing timely assistance during crises and emergencies. | Support local initiatives for sustainable development. |
“It’s impossible! That’s what I thought when we’re first informed about the “Zero-waste Office Program”. Papers, plastic bags, delivery boxes, containers – they’re everywhere. Over time, we get used to the idea of bringing our water bottles and food containers, cut off plastic boxes and packaging and lessen online ordering service. Everytime I do something, I always think about how to make it less wasty. Then I started doing the same at home, seeing how saving money this practice is. Sure, it’s a long way to go ZERO but we’re getting there.”

Our Commitment to Make Positive Environmental Impacts
As a corporation, we are committed to true sustainability through three key goals
Sustainable Practices | Green Initiatives | Zero-Waste Office |
Implementing sustainable practices in our management, manufacturing, and distribution processes. | Supporting initiatives to regenerate forests, restore natural habitat, and reduce CO2 emissions, reaching NET ZERO by 2050. | Promoting a clean, energy-efficient, and waste-free office, encouraging intuitive green practices everywhere. |
OUR WAYS OF GOING GREEN
Start Small and on Individual Scales – Embracing a Zero-Waste Office
- At the workplace: Employees are encouraged to keep their workstations clean and waste-free, practice the principles of reduce, reuse, and recycle, and save electricity and energy. Adopting eco-friendly alternatives for transportation, food delivery, and packaging is also encouraged.
- In the community: Actively participate in cleanup activities in local neighborhoods to beautify the landscape and protect water sources. Organize workshops and awareness campaigns to educate community members about sustainable practices.
Raise Awareness Among Family, Friends, and in Communal Areas:
- Create informative materials, such as pamphlets or social media posts, to encourage eco-friendly practices.
- Initiate community challenges that promote sustainability, such as plastic-free weeks or energy-saving competitions.
- Collaborate with local organizations and schools to spread awareness and encourage green initiatives.
Corporate Responsibility and Committing to Net Zero by 2050:
- Implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that includes measurable goals and timelines.
- Invest in renewable energy sources for office operations, such as solar or wind power.
- Conduct regular sustainability audits to assess and improve practices across all departments.
- Encourage partnerships with other organizations committed to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
- Develop training programs for employees to foster a culture of sustainability within the workplace.
- Explore carbon offset programs to mitigate environmental impact while transitioning to sustainable practices.
PLANTING TREES – GREENING BARREN HILLS – REGENERATING FORESTS
Planting trees is a simple action but most effective in aiding climate change, purifying the air, cooling down the earth, saving water and natural resources and preventing certain natural disasters.
In collaboration with Gaia Nature Conservation Center, our goal is to plant 1000 more trees a year, reaching 32.000 trees by 2030.
